Terms & conditions — no fine print
Our house rules
Clear and honest agreements — so you always know where you stand. No surprises afterwards, just personal advice. Questions? We’re happy to help, no obligation.
01
Ordering & payment
- We ask for a 25% deposit. Only once we’ve received the deposit do we order your items. Specially ordered items can no longer be cancelled after that.
- Delivery or collection is only possible once the full amount has been paid.
- Is a product unexpectedly unavailable? Then we’ll look for an equivalent alternative together, always in consultation. If we can’t find one, you may cancel the order free of charge — as you may if long delivery times arise for any reason.
02
Measurements & design
- Our 3D design and technical drawing give as accurate a picture as possible, but are never 100% definitive. Always check measurements yourself, preferably together with your tiler or contractor.
- A different tile layout than the design can lead to different cutting waste and therefore a different quantity needed. Always discuss this with us.
- We always recommend keeping spare tiles for future repairs — batches and calibre differences make reordering later difficult.
03
Receipt & returns
- Check your delivery for visible damage immediately on receipt. Report it straight away — complaining afterwards is unfortunately difficult.
- Only stock products can be returned, with a 10% restocking fee. Specially ordered items, products without original packaging or already installed products cannot be returned.
04
Quality & warranty
- Slight colour variations are normal for products such as vinyl and (porcelain) tiles; non-rectified tiles may also have small size variations. This falls within standard production norms and is not grounds for warranty.
- All our products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. With any complaint you’ve come to the right place — we’ll arrange the rest with the manufacturer.
05
Delays
- We do everything we can to meet agreed delivery times. For delays due to transport or circumstances beyond our control we unfortunately cannot accept liability, but we’ll always inform you as soon as possible.
