What data we process

The data you provide yourself through a form on this website: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message or request.

If you give consent via the cookie notice, we additionally process browsing and device data (such as pages visited, click behaviour, device and browser type and a pseudonymised online identifier) for statistics and advertising.

Why we use it

To answer your question, schedule an appointment or send a requested catalogue. We do not use your data for other purposes and do not send unsolicited advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent and/or to take steps at your request prior to any agreement.

Retention

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose you provided it, or as legally required.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. To run the website and handle requests we use a number of processors. The full, up-to-date overview is at the bottom of this statement. Appropriate data processing agreements are in place with each of them.

Cookies

By default we only place essential cookies needed to run the website. We place analytics and marketing cookies only after you agree via the cookie notice; Google Consent Mode defaults to “denied”.

With your consent we use Google Analytics (statistics), Google Ads (ad measurement and remarketing), the Meta pixel (Facebook & Instagram) and the Pinterest tag (ad measurement and remarketing). These are managed through Google Tag Manager.

To measure advertising results more accurately, an encrypted (hashed) email address or phone number may — again only with consent — be shared with Google. This cannot be traced back to readable data.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser; you can clear or change it at any time.

Processors we use

We keep this overview up to date. A data processing agreement is in place with each party; where data is transferred outside the EU, appropriate safeguards apply.
